Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Follow up and update delivery schedule for orders.

-Response to customer problems and request.

-Co-ordinate with production, logistics, engineering, and sales departments.

-Provide progress reports to manager.

Requirements:

-University graduate/Tertiary Education

-Proficient in Microsoft office, have ERP experience is preferred.

-Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin.

-Min. 1 year customer service experience in manufacturing is advantage.

-Detail-minded, good communication skill.

-Stay in China factory (Huizhou) 2-3days per week.
