Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the quality management system, SOP, GMP documents and records
• Manage the document control system, such as generating, filing and archiving of controlled documents
• Ensure the QA system and procedures are operated throughout GMP operations
• Assist in maintaining the training program for the GMP system
• Perform line clearance and inspections of the manufacturing process
• Undertake routine quality assurance monitoring program
• Assist in handling and following up on quality incidents
• Assist in carrying out internal audits
• Assist in maintaining inspection readiness for external audits from Regulatory Authority

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science related subjects, e.g. Chinese Medicine, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science / Technology, Pharmacology
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in pharmaceutical area
• Familiar with TCM GMP would be an advantage
• Proactive, attention to details, hard-working
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work overtime
• Fresh graduate is also considered
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Assistant Officer or QA Assistant
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Contract basis (Candidates with good performance will be employed to permanent contract.)
