Responsibilities:

• Arrange and follow up materials and production samples for customers’ approval, which include order process monitoring, sample delivery and garment sample inspection before dispatch, etc.
• Work with appropriate vendors to ensure best price offer.
• Measure samples in development and production stage.
• Handle costing and development with accessories suppliers, mills and garment factories. 
• Monitor factory production schedule to ensure on time delivery and sustain high quality product.
• Update the WIP (work-in-process) report to related parties/departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Textile & Clothing or related discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in merchandising field, especially in knits & woven
• Good products knowledge of garment, fabrics and trims for US and Asia market
• Very strong in costing and development
• Willing to travel abroad including China or other offshore countries occasionally
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Hands on with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
