Responsibilities

• Responsible for capacity planning and production scheduling for manufacturing operation.

• Help to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizational goals 

• Adjust the production schedule as required and communicate any change to meet the delivery date with customer accordingly

• Drive efficiency and reduce costs as well as manage vendors to fulfill on-time delivery as customer requirements

• Management of MO stocks to within agreed limits

• Review and closely monitor demand forecasts

Requirements

• Good at capacity planning and production scheduling of injection molding or other types of machine operation

• At least 5 years PMC or merchandising experience 

• Familiar with customs regulations

• Can communicate well in Mandarin and English

• Comprehensive knowledge in ERP, 5S, ISO, production process

• Stationed in Dongguan is required
