Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and monitor the implementation of the management system related to quality in operation departments, and to assess the suitability thereof;
• Lead and perform internal quality audit;
• Assist to design and review internal procedures;
• Coordinate and support operation departments on all matters related to external accreditation;
• Arrange external calibration of measurement standard equipment and monitor internal calibration activities of operation departments;
• Perform internal calibration / verification / inspection of reference equipment;
• Assist to prepare quality audit reports and recommend corrective / preventive actions;
• Organize proficiency / verification test programs;
• Assist to monitor the validation progress of in-house method;
• Assist their superior to extend the scope of external accreditation.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Quality or equivalent with one years of experiences in Quality Assurance;
• Experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry is an advantage;
• A team player with good sense of customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both spoken & written English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel etc.
