任职要求/Requirement:

1、10年以上大型塑胶制品厂运营管理经验，其中5年以上同等岗位经验。
10+ years of experience on managing a large plastic factory, 5 years’ experience on similar position.

2、精通生产部，工程部，品控部，PMC部的管理流程。
Proficient in the management processes of production, engineering, QC and PMC。

3、熟悉IS013485，TS16949，ISO9001，IS014001管理体系。

Familiar with IS013485, TS16949, ISO9001 and IS014001 management systems.

4、具有较强质量及成本意识。有推动自动化应用的经验，能合理调配培养人员。

Strong quality & cost consciousness. Has experience on implementation of automation projects, be able to train and develop team member.

 5、具很强的领导、判断决策，组织协调，项目计划与执行，逻辑分析及表达能力。

Good leadership, decision-making, coordination, project planning and execution abilities. Good logical analysis and communication skill.

6、具高度团队合作精神及工作热情。

Team player and be committed to job with high passion.

 7、英文读、说、写流利。

Fluent in English and Chinese.
