Qualification:

• At least F.5 Graduate with a High Diploma or above in apparel-textiles or IVE / T.I. graduate in fashion/textile or related disciplines preferred
• Working experience of 3-5 years in merchandising, preferably with manufacturing

Requirements:

• Energetic, proactive, hard-working, well organized, creative and capable of working under pressure
• Assist in research for upcoming fashion trends and materials sourcing for new product development
• Work closely with internal/external teams on sample development, pre-production routine issues and bulk order follow up, to ensure on time delivery and that quality meets requirements
• Good communication, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with Kidswear fashion trends in Asia Pacific region is desirable
• Occasional travel to China for sourcing, factory visits, etc is a must

We offer a 5-day work week, annual leave, year end double pay with a discretionary performance bonus - remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
