Our client is a well-established Japanese company in the Electronics field. It was established more than 50 years ago, and developed its own series of electric and electronic components to serve quality excellence to its clients. The coordinate and manage the production schedule of manufacturing plants, the company is looking for Japanese-speaking Production Control Officer to join their professional team.

Nature of business: Manufacturing & Trading - Electronic Parts

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for analyzing production and stock related data by using spreadsheet (Vlookup and Pivot Table function);
• Prepare reports for analyzing and improving production;
• Collect production data and stock data among the manufacturing plants in different regions;
• Handle and issue of PO to different plants;
• Control delivery and logistics schedule;
• Occasional business trip (2-3 times/year) is required after one year of work to Asia region;
• Provide support to ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of coordination experience, preferably in production control;
• Fluent Cantonese, proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus;
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is a must;
• Familiar with PC skills including typing and MS office;
• High proficiency in Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot Table);
• Immediate available or short notice period.
