Job Description
Our client is a garment factory and they are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position working in their own small laboratory:
Job Description
- In-charge the whole laboratory
- Understand customers’ testing requirements
- Assess test results and making decisions
- Communicate with colleagues and customers on test related issues
- Develop laboratory accreditation programs with customers and commercial lab
- Work with merchandising team and product design team on the improvement of the testing result
- Review the testing performance periodically
- Assist in the design and modification of the existing workflow by computer system
- Co-ordinate with on-shore and off-shore factories for the testing issues
- Suggest test methods to users for case studying and trouble shooting
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Textile Technology or Textile Chemistry or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years experience in textile testing field
- Experience in handling testing equipments
- Familiar with HOKLAS (The Hong Kong Lab Accredictation Scheme), ZDHC and RSL/MRSL
- Good command of written and spoken English
