Requirements:

• University degree in Chemistry, Technology, Agronomy or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in product development, packaging, printing and/or manufacturing in FMCG industry;
• Experience gained from the tobacco/wine  industry will be strongly preferred;
• Proven active participation and development of work relations with project team in the initiation, identification, development, and implementation of all product development projects;
• Demonstrated skills in coordinating with markets, brand groups and factories during the process of product concept, planning, costing, manufacturing and quality control;
• Proven involvement in  coordinating product testing;
• Experienced in the preparation of reports and analyses;
• Strong coordination, people and communication skills with good team spirit;
• Hands-on computer skills and good SAP and PLM knowledge;
• An open mind and flexible work approach;
• Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
