Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality control and assurance on garment items;
• Lead a team of QA/ QC to ensure garment products meeting required standard;
• Work closely with merchandisers, customers and factories to align quality requirements;
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective action plan;
• Provide training and advice to factories to enhance output quality and efficiency;
• Liaise with buyer’s auditors to align corrective action and compliance meeting specifications;
• Manage budget control and monitor QC operating expenses;
• Frequent travel is required.

Requirements

• Graduates of IVE or Technical Institute in garment related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of solid experience in quality control in garment buying or trading firm;
• Exposure in supervisory role with strong leadership;
• Good liaison skills in particular with offshore offices and factories;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
