Responsibilities

• Lead a team of garment technicians to conduct samples review and approval process;
• Transform customer specifications to technical advice for sample development;
• Monitor sample comments and tech packs evaluation to ensure meeting customer requirements;
• Provide technical support and advice to merchandisers, customers and factories;
• Liaise with merchandisers and factories to carry out corrective action.

Requirements

• Graduates of IVE or Technical Institute in garment related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in garment buying or trading firm;
• Specialize in denim, wet/ dry processing;
• Exposure in managerial role with strong leadership;
• Sound knowledge in garment construction and technical solution;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position.
