We are currently looking for a candidate who is suitably qualified, self-motivated and responsible to assume the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Report to Department Head
• Provide administrative support on quotation preparation, co-ordinate with internal departments to follow up the sales orders with the customers.
• Supporting the Company to participating Hong Kong Jewelry Show and Overseas Exhibition

 Requirements: 

• Diploma in related discipline;
• At least five years working experience, in which two year’s relative sales administration and operations support experience in Jewelry field is preferred;
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good communication skills & willing to learn;
• Attentive, details-oriented, mature and responsible;
• Immediate available is preferred
