Responsibilities:

• Focus on research & product development for different customers
• Responsible for new concept development, new product prototype and new ingredient testing
• Work closely with internal and external parties in relation to product development, production, marketing and promotional strategies
• Communicate with other departments to ensure all projects meet the target timeline

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience of product development in F&B industry
• Knowledge in ISO 9001
• Able to handle Ad Hoc Project
• Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, cooperative and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Occasionally travel in China
• Proficient of Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• More experience would be considered as Product and Process Development Manager
