Role Summary: This role is to Lead a sales & merchandising teams to ensure all orders are properly follow through from sample instruction, sample approval and sampling to production and final delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with design team to ensure smooth process of sample and bulk production

2. Liaise with internal parties to ensure quality and on-time delivery

3. Provide leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management

4. Coach and monitor the team members to develop and retain a strong team and achieve business targets

5. Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality and deadline are met with customers’ requirements and standards

6. Participate in client meetings and presentations

7. Strengthen and maintain the good relationship with customers to build the business

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related discipline is preferred

2. Minimum 10 years factory merchandising experience with at least 5 years at senior managerial level

3. Experience in Home Textile is highly preferred

4. Strong knowledge in garment technical areas

5. Able to work with oversea customer independently

6. Cost conscious and good at problem solving

7. Strong in negotiation and leadership; good problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories

8. Excellent command of English, good presentation skills, independent and well-organized

9. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

10. Based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen and frequent travelling is required
