Responsibilities:

• Supervise lab operation as well as improve and upgrade testing methods and equipment
• Ensure products quality is in compliance with legal safely standards and reliability requirement.
• Participate in internal and external pre-production meeting.
• Provide QA & QC relevant input to the Product Development and Production teams.
• Inspection for all incoming raw and packaging materials, WIP product and finished product.
• Conduct online trouble-shooting activities, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions on quality issues
• Identify and deliver relevant quality related training to QA & QC team members and provide guidance and procedure to the teams to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated respectively.
• Review and formulate the working instruction/procedures for QC operation
• Assist the implementation and documentation of Quality Management Systems and participate in various inspections and audits
• Prepare monthly reports and analysis and take up ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial related.
• Minimum 7 Years of QC experience in Sporting Goods/ Toy Manufacturing industry
• Familiar with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 system related knowledge
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Fluent in English and mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Detail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant QA Manager
