Job responsibilities:-

l   Lead and manage procurement team to achieve business objectives;

l  Develop vendor planning strategy to reduce supply risk, review the flow of raw materials supply and improve flexibility of production cycle;

l   Enhance the effectiveness of procurement practices in terms of quality, timeliness and costs;

l   Establish, maintain and expand relationships with suppliers and clients;

l   Actively engage in initiatives to optimize the existing procurement process;

l   Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job requirements:-

l   Degree holder in Business or relevant disciplines;

l   8 years’experience in supervisory level preferably in manufacturing industry;

l   Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;

l   Excellent people management, leadership and negotiation skills;

l   Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented;

l   Station in the Philippines;

l   Immediately available is highly preferred.
