Our client, a Japanese Electronic company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Junior Sales Coordinator (Ref: #18420)

 Job Descriptions:

• Handle sales orders follow up and issue related documents (PO, invoices, etc)
• Liaise with clients, factories, logistic company for delivery arrangement 
• Monitor delivery status and handle inventory management  
• Any other ad-hoc duties 
• Occasional business day trip to PRC (1/Quarter)

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above with 2 years relevant working experience 
• Experience from electronic trading / manufacturing company would be highly preferred 
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Knowledge on Japanese language would be an added advantage but not a must 
• Immediate available or short-term notice would be highly preferred  
• Good learning and working opportunity in Japanese company
