The Roles:

• Follow through the entire merchandising process from preparing quotation and samples, products presentation, order handling until on-time delivery;
• Monitor sample and bulk production progress as per time schedule and ensure all sample and bulk production are delivered on time;
• Closely monitor the performance of suppliers and factories to ensure the imposed quality standards are met;
• Act as a communication bridge between suppliers, customers and supporting departments to ensure proper and timely information exchange;
• Maintain accurate records in the system;
• Administer sales analysis reports;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Merchandising or related discipline;
• At least 3 years working experience in merchandising field;
• Well organized in a timely manner, self-driven, proactive details minded and result-oriented;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Immediately available is preferable.
