Purpose

• Work closely with merchandising team and factories to assure quality product in all technical aspects for our key customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage and develop a team of technicians.
• Responsible for budgeting and cost management.
• Act as a consultant to handle our key customers and all technical issues.
• Monitor the need for factory visits and arrange for follow up when necessary.
• Understand well on our key customers standards and requirements and ensure the team is meeting customers’ expectation.
• Responsible for special quality projects as assigned.

We looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree/Diploma holder in related discipline
• 7 years’ experience as Technician in garment construction or pattern making
• 5 years minimum experience in team management

Preferred Attributes

• Cost conscious and result orientated
• Supervisory, coaching and decision making skills
• Language skills in English and Cantonese  (written and spoken)
• Business level spoken Mandarin
