Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the manager on all demand planning activities to ensure supply continuity
• Review and manage SAP planning parameter to meet business needs
• Intercompany back order management to close monitor the supply from source, expedite supply through working with supplier or local SCM
• Monitor intercompany shipment, co-ordinate with Singapore to ensure timely delivery of products
• Work closely with BU and China Team to improve supply shortage problem
• Monitor and review inventory performance quarterly and take appropriate actions on inventory optimization
• Support inventory budgeting process, reduce excess/slow moving inventory
• Generate planning related reports for the team
• Ensure planning parameters are correctly maintained in system by doing a periodic review and validation
• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Planning in an international environment
  
• Experience with SAP, must have experience in the Planing module
• Strong analytical, communication, inter-personnel and problem solving skills
• Advanced user level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
