Roles and Responsibilities

-     Lead, coach and manage a team of PO (Process Optimization) Specialists (i.e. Lean consultants)

-       Manage the simultaneous delivery of 3 to 5 PO projects with +10 PO specialists

-     Responsible for calculating financial payback and ROI (Return On Investment) calculations on all project phases and kaizen events (especially gathering accurate-historical pre-transformation base-lines)

-     Customize IMPACTIVA’s PO programs for each client (i.e. problems to solve, tools to deploy and in what sequence)

-     Assist to coach client’s leadership team to ensure their commitment / engagement to PO transformation and the understanding of “what is in it for me and my company”

-     Ensure that all PO programs achieve the agreed upon metrics within defined timelines while training / coaching the factory to achieve continuous improvement self-reliability

-       Contribute to thought leadership in designing IMPACTIVA’s PO processes and procedures

-       Evaluate learning needs of IMPACTIVA’s PO specialists based on skills matrix shortfalls

-       Ensure continuous education of IMPACTIVA’s PO specialists filling in skills matrix gaps

-       Communicate effectively with clients, their factories and IMPACTIVA’s leadership team

-       Develop and conduct client presentations

-       Contribute to business development by assisting in client farming and new ideas for marketing / sales
