JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take overall responsibility for quality control of apparel and accessory items
• Work with factories & buyers to achieve the required quality standards
• Monitor production progress as well as ensure product quality
• Liaise with buyers and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with buyers’ specifications
• Provide technical advice and support to merchandising team to ensure all buyers’ requirement are met
• Manage, control and keep within budget, monthly QC operation expenses
• Execute and review the quality control procedure and manuals
• Tackle quality problems and initiative preventative measures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree holder in Textile / Clothing or equivalent
• Minimum 8 - 10 years solid working experience in production quality control
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and good technical background
• Experienced in sizeable garment trading / manufacturing / buying office preferred
• Good management and leadershipskills
• Well organized, proactive and flexible
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using MS office including PowerPoint
• Willing to travel
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
