Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operation of the production line in accordance with the guidelines and legislations
2. Assist the production team on achieving the production target and ensure smooth and on-time delivery of products
3. Ensure clear record of ingredient and stock count and request purchasing department to purchase raw materials at the optimal time
4. Manage the production team on their workflow and quality to ensure high efficiency and report to management suggestions on improving the workflow

Requirements:
1. 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing for food or catering industry
2. Strong communication,problem solving skills and people management skills
3. Good sense of hygiene
4. Six working days
