Responsibility:                                    

• Responsible for the Quality management
• Training and Managing QA/QC staffs and monitoring the factory quality standard.
• Setting up the QC reporting system in all levels to reflect quality
• Solving technical problems & improving the product's quality
• Following up factory auditing, compliance an evaluation matter
• To prepare procedure schedule
• Following up materials schedule from difference suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma of Quality Management in Clothing & Textiles
• At least 5 years at managerial level in QC/QA experience preferably in knit garment
• Good analytical skills in resolving quality and technical problems
• Well versed of QA principles and applications of apparel industry
• Strong experience in leading QA/QC department operation    
• Be familiar with garment manufacturing testing requirements & standard for both USA & EU Market
• Experience in compliance, factory evaluations and all quality issues
• Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Independent, proactive, positive, result-oriented and problem solving skills
