Role Summary:

This role is to plan, execute and follow up the dyeing production activities and control the quality production with related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the dyeing production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality, to rectify the finished fabrics which are rejected from quality control department
• Monitor and manage inventory control in accuracy and quality manner, ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization
• Liaise and work with concerned parties, administration, merchandising, logistics on production and delivery issues
• Support the manufacture in ensuring compliance with industry certification of compliance
• Identify training needs of workers and develop training programmers
• Supervise and review supervisor’s, operators and helpers performance, and motivate teamwork
• To study dye and chemical nature which is delivered by the manufacturers and applied them correctly to the production to get best production
• Organize and monitor the warehouse daily operation and activities in a safe, efficient and in accordance with corporate procedures
• Station in Heshan,Guangdong

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate or above in Dyeing or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant management working experience in dying field
• Deep knowledge about the different section of textile processing in dyeing and dyeing machine
• Have idea about the dyes and chemical properties and scope of application in dyeing
• Strong leadership, analytical interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving skills, ability and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua)
