• 3-5 years solid experience in woven casual wear.  Denim jeans related background is preferred.
• Good knowledge of jeans production and wet processing development is an advantage.
• Able to work in highly collaborative team environment as well as work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken in English is a must.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and good time management skill.
