Our client is one luxury retail brands. They are currently looking for high caliber to be the Senior CRM Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform customer analysis to derive CRM strategies
• Provide CRM data analysis and management
• Deliver customer profiling, data mining and analytics
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns to improve member acquisition and retention
• Provide support on CRM program including edm, VIP events, eNewsletter, etc
• Train end-users and frontline staff to collect customer data
• Ensure the data is entered accurately
• Prepare CRM related reports for management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM development
• Track exposure in luxury retail / FMCG / Cosmetic / Skincare brands industry
• Proactive, Detail-minded and can work under pressure
• Strong in data analysis skills and customer targeting
• Well-versed in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
