Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, manage and execute the fundraising events/activities including Gala Dinner
• Assist in solicitation and pitching for donation/sponsorship
• Implement various marketing, fundraising and lead generation programs to achieve donor engagement and fundraising objectives
• Assist in writing the RMHC newsletter and the website content
• Assist in writing proposals and grant applications
• Maintain donor database, create fundraising pages, produce reports, write thank you letters, and respond to donor inquiries
• Assist in utilizing graphic design skills for developing external presentations, marketing materials, website, flyers, invitations etc.
• Maintain social media sites, providing content management and regular updates
• Ad hoc duties per assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or Communications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications including: MS Office, database skills and Adobe – Photoshop/illustrator/in-design
• A self-starter, ideally with previous experience in a non-profit organization
• Availability for evening and weekend work during fundraising events
