Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration and operation of Yan Oi Tong Chong Sok Un Medical Fund (Cancer Aid) including but not limited to:
- To manage the funding application
- To liaise with pharmaceutical company for drug sponsorship program
- To prepare correspondence, memo, agenda and board meeting materials
- To assist general promotional events and materials
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in healthcare or social science
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
- Mature, self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available preferred
