Job Duties:

• Develop and manage the CRM / Marketing database.
• Assist in develop effective strategic marketing plans for brand building.
• Improve customer retention and marketing effectiveness.
• Proactively respond to business opportunities.
• Monitor cost and analyze market trends.

Requirement:

• Degree or above in Marketing.
• Experience in CRM, database marketing and event management will be an advantage.
• Creative-minded with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at flexible hours and at weekends occasionally.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Familiar with Mandarin will be an advantage
