Job Description
Our client is one of the world's top model agencies, now they are looking for a Scouting Manager/ Booking Manager to join their HK team.
The role
- Scout talented model and potential model across APAC
- Liaise with international Bookers and agencies for contractual terms and conditions
- Liaise with Account Manager for suitable roles for talents and evaluate their performance from time to time
- Assist the organizations management of Model Look, join fashion week, fashion show, fashion talents contest and other activities
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Marketing team about the implementation of selected direct booking models
The person
- Related experiences in model agency, entertainment, media, event, fashion company, photographer studio and etc. in China and Overseas
- Familiar with both international model market and local model market (China and HK).
- Understand model business and new model development.
- Resources and know how to connect with talents
- Strong organizing and communication skills, well organized, sales driven, with passion
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
