RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide analytical solutions and consumer insights through hands on data-mining to clients’ business needs
• Assist in developing and promote best practice analytic solutions through the application and integration of customer loyalty
• Maintain up to date knowledge on industry trends, software solutions and methods to ensure Nielsen loyalty provide the best client solutions and thinking available
• Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in Statistics/ Business/ Marketing/ Economic/ Social Science or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of work experiences with focus in Loyalty/ CRM program, experience in database management and in the retail industry is preferable
• Strong capability in statistical and business analysis
• Knowledge of applications such as SPSS, R, SAS or similar analytic software 
• Good computer knowledge, especially on MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail minded, proactive, willing to face challenge, good interpersonal skill
• Outgoing, positive, good time management, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
