Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage SEM campaigns on Google and Bing to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report utilization, budget and campaign performance.
- Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key wording, etc.
- Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research.
- Collaborate with design and content staff to ensure projects are aligned with marketing objectives and expectations.
- Analyze and evaluate site user behaviors and web traffic to improve the performance of the campaigns and make recommendations to improve user experience.
- Evaluate and execute social media content strategies an articulate social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo) performance with reports
Requirements:
- 2-3years experience in digital marketing related position
- Education – bachelor degree in hospitality, marketing or relevant discipline
- Technical/ functional competencies – experience in SEO and SEM and maximize ROI
- Knowledge of AdWords, HTML and CSS Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Search Console ,basic Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus
- Language skills - fluent in Cantonese and English
