Responsibilities:

• Handle orders, enquiries and complaints from customers
• Responsible for preparing product listings in website
• Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies
• Work across different functions/departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction
• To prepare product photos, description artwork and quality control for online platforms
• To handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in fashion or related discipline
• Good PC knowledge including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Passion on internet environment, responsible for Marketing activities
• Ability to work independently and aggressively
• Mature, stable, self- motivated with excellent communication skill, positive attitude, able to work under pressure.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience
• With Strong Fashion and numerical sense
