Responsibilities:

• Build up and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers and government bodies.
• Accomplish business development goals through architectural specification channels.
• Maintain clients' relationship and explore new clients.  
• Assist Marketing team to organize related marketing activities including seminars and other publicity events.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in building services engineering / surveying / marketing / business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years solid sales experience, experiences in building construction industry is preferred.
• Have existing network and good contacts with developer and architect would be an advantage.
• Strong business sense and result-oriented.
• Strong communication, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
