Responsibilities

• Provide all rounded research, procurement and tendering support to the company
• Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on procurement and tendering related issues
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and responsible for benchmarking exercise
• Assist in translationof documents and sourcing relevant information for analysis
• Ensure the daily office operations and activities are compliance to company & quality policies and practices
• Maintain good filing system and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Universitygraduate in any discipline
• With 1-2 years Procurement experience
• Familiar with labor laws in Peru and related regulations
• Proficient in spoken and written English. Fluency in Spanish is a MUST(native speaker)
• Having lived in Peru or South America is an advantage
• Well-organized, pro-active and with good and positive working attitude
• With good communication skills
• Flexible, helpful and is a good team player
• Good PC skills (MS word and excel)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
