Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing field with proven experience in digital & social media marketing
• Solid experience in event management, customer relations management and marketing plan design. 
• Public Relations experience is preferred
• Analytical, initiative, creative, detail-minded, well organized and able to multi-task
• Excellent command of written Chinese, spoken Cantonese and Putonghua and English
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and overtime (fieldwork and occasional work on weekends  and public holidays is required)
• Proficiency in computer applications; particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel to the mainland occasionally

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing, promotional and publicity campaigns, including write-ups for related  materials and event management
• Plan and organize member activities, recruitment programmes and enhance the benefits and services of  membership through customer relationship management programmes
• Devise and execute social media and digital communications campaigns in a timely and effective fashion

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Marketing Officer.)
