Job Responsibilities

• Assist to develop event and exhibition, from project conceptualization to materialization and implementation  
• Identify sponsors /exhibitors / business partnerships and prepare proposal to achieve booth sales and sponsorship
• Source performers/ production companies for event staging
• Prepare publications, promotional and merchandise items 
• Procure licenses required for large-scale outdoor event

Job Requirements

• University graduate preferably with minimum 2 years solid experience in Event Management / Exhibition Organizer / PR Agency / Concert Organizer
• Experience in outdoor event/sponsorship is definitely an advantage
• Experience in handling marketing materials and digital marketing is definitely an advantage
• High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English (Grade C in HKCEE, Level 4 in DSE, IELTS 7.5 or equivalent)
• A team player with good presentation, communication and organization skills
• Fresh graduate with good academic background will also be considered.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for another position of ‘Senior Project Executive’.
