About the Program
The key objective of our Operation Management Trainee Program is to develop your stylish career. During the on-the-job training, you would have a chance to be our in-store stylist, dresser or trainer which develops you readily for career progression in Retail Management. Daily Retail Operations experience not only allows you to gain consumers behavior enhancement, but also involves in collaboration of various departments.
Trainees who demonstrate outstanding capabilities will have further opportunities and advancement in office or store management positions. Office or store management positions will cover numerous business functions, such as Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, Public Relations, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and Business Development. This 6-month program provides you sound understanding of the Company background, and solid familiarity in different aspects of Fashion Retail. I.T offers a well-structured career path to pursuit your career. The Program commences in September 2017.
