Job Description

Purpose of the job

To direct and oversees all retail marketing activities in order to develop marketing strategies, drive store marketing events and CRM to drive growth in business, increase traffic to stores and customer loyalty. This role will work closely with the sales team also to ensure we deliver an avant garde customer experience to our customers   

General duties and responsibilities

  • To identify retail marketing strategies and action plans to implement innovative sales promotion related activities.  Monitor executional process to effectively manage the cadence and support around the key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and merchandising team to ensure a seamless GTM process is developed and executed effectively to maximize the sales potential from our products and people
  • Responsible to drive store events and store traffic
  • Ensure that all shop materials are designed creatively within the brand framework but being able to entice the customers to understand and buy the promotional products
  • Develop innovative and effective PR plans to build consumer engagements.
  • Manage agencies effectively and drive effectiveness and creativeness from within
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Merchandising team to ensure brand objectives are met.
  • Collaborate and support regional/global marketing organization to achieve a one team culture
  • Able to give clear and precise directions to the Regional VM staff in order to deliver all agreed messages to store
  • Revamp and re-position the CRM activities to enlarge customer base and create loyalty of these customers to our brand
  • Create Out of the Box activities to drive VIP to stores
  • Responsible routine We-chat / Weibo communication channels of key countries

Professional requirements

  • Possess outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Resilient when facing adversity and stress
  • Adapt easily into complex organization and diverse audiences
  • Charismatic and collaborative
  • Able to prioritize and work independently and possess good time management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence decisions with proven experience and analysis
  • More than 5 years of hands on experience in marketing preferably with operation experience
  • Proven track record in retail marketing and acting as a main co-ordination point with sales team
  • Strong fashion sense and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of online retail is an advantage
