Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell textbooks and educational materials in electronic and print format as well as eLearning tools to schools.
• Provide school customer service and conduct market surveys.
• Handle orders, enquiries and complaints from customers.
• Provide after-sales service to customers.
• Help develop sales and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree holder in marketing, business or equivalent.
• Experience in selling textbooks to primary and/or secondary schools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, mature and have a positive attitude.
• Work independently with little supervision and able to work under pressure.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. 
• Good knowledge of working with Apps and tablets/computers that run on iOS, Android and Windows operating systems.
