Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing Team Head to plan, coordinate and execute customer events/ seminars/ workshops, and gatekeep the smoothness, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of the deliverables are aligned with corporate direction, resourcess and customer segment’s expectation;
• Coordinate, gate keep & execute online and offline marketing communications deliverables, covering in-store advertising channels management, website update, POSM, social media & O2O initiatives;
• Prepare Sales Management Reports by month/ quarter/ year, Consignment Reports; and Advertising & Promotions Reports;
• Responsible for market research & market intelligence analysis
• Provide daily operations and administrative support to sales and marketing team and other internal departments;
• Ad-hoc branding, marketing & communications assignments by Senior Manager;

Requirements

• U-grad in business administration/ management, marketing, communications or similar is preferable;
• 1 to 2 years working experience in rehabilitation or personal care products/services, retail chain, or social enterprise/ NGO, will be an advantage;
• Hand-on event/ seminar/ workshop planning, coordination and post-event follow-up, venue booking, customer relations management
• Nice interpersonal and communications skills to deal with internal departments/shops & external stakeholders;
• Familiar with MS office application (Word, Excel and Power Point )
• Good command in written Chinese & English;
• Organized, detailed minded, strong analytical power, proactive and good team player

• Salary Range: $13,000 – $15,000
• Location: Kwun Tong
