Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Branding, prepare marketing plans with budgeting and strategies
• Provide measurement and reporting to optimize performance across different mediums
• Work closely with advertising agencies to develop consistent customer communication to strengthen the brand equity
• Building constructive relationships with various stakeholders, such as media, customers and business partners
• Execute brand and communications strategy
• Gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitors' event activities
• Create marketing campaigns by using digital channels and tools such as corporate websites, social media, SEO/SEM to increase brand awareness and gain the interest of customers in the company’s products
• Maintain a close relationship with external media to ensure effective execution of both above and below the line communication materials
• Oversee all company materials
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in marketing and brand management with at least 3 years of managerial experience in retails
• Experience with premium products for Hong Kong and China
• Able to create marketing campaigns to integrate the digital marketing strategy with conventional marketing strategies
• Previous experience from Advertising Agency is a definite advantage
• Positive attitude and willing to engage in hands-on execution
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese
