This position is responsible to enhance the operations of Fairs and Events in an efficiency and effective way & satisfy the organizers and exhibitors for their needs and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Operations Manager, assist to oversee the day-to-day operations for the department
• Handle the freight operations and documentation including Import & Export freight arrangement
• Deal with contractors, co-loaders/carriers on day-to-day basis and assist the General Manager to monitor the performance of the contractors, co-loaders/carriers
• Communicate and liaise with overseas offices/ agents and attend to all transportation related problems, customer requests and inquiries when required
• Handle and solve any complaints from customers/ organizers if needed
• Support all aspects of sales & marketing with direct contact with customers
• Perform any tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years relevant sales or operation experience
• Experience in Fairs & Exhibitions and Shipping Operation is an advantage
• Experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics/ Exhibition related industry is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Work location: Kowloon Bay
