Responsibilities:

• Responsible planning and coordinating events, exhibitions and tender projects.
• Ensure all projects are conforming to the schedule and clients’ requirements
• Able to coordinate with design and project team, suppliers, contractors to ensure operation plan met the objectives
• On-site monitor the set-up and dismantling and running the project effectively and efficiently
•  Liaise with internal and external parties, including suppliers, organizers, working  partners to conduct routine and ad-hoc works to ensure smooth operation of events,  exhibitions and tender projects
•  Coordinate with clients on pricing, design and production for events, exhibitions & tender projects.
•  Prepare quotation & tender, site visit & measurement, setup planning, on site installation supervision
•  Control the cost and compile the budget for each project

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Experience in event project management is highly preferred.
• With strong Project Management skill, communication, details-oriented, organized and independent
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work overnight on-site supervisor occasionally
• A good team player with huge sense of responsibility
• Good in communication skills, detailed mind and outgoing personality,
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduated are welcomed
• Immediate available is preferred.
