Program Structure
This is a two-year program aiming at nurturing management talents. During the program,
you will be offered a well-structured training with an experienced mentor in six major areas,
including Marketing, Sales, Operation, Business Development, Management and
Recruitment. You will be able to develop friendships with like-minded individuals and grow
together in the team. Upon the completion of the program, promotion opportunities to
managerial grade will be provided to you.

We are looking for:
Final year students or recent graduates from any disciplines with the following qualities:

•  Bachelor or Associate Degree in any disciplines
