Responsibilities

• Handle the daily correspondences and follow up the customer’s enquiries, production & merchandising works timely
• Coordinate closely between PRC factories and customers to ensure the smooth process from development stage to shipment
• Quotations, sampling, ordering, quality inspection, shipping arrangement
• Ensure the production schedule on track and quality assurance
• Develop sales network and maintain good relationships with the customers
• Support marketing role such as website update, direct email marketing, prepare and attend the trade fairs and exhibition, etc.

Qualification & Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 3-5 years relevant experience in coordinating overseas customers, follow up sales and production orders
• With solid experience in merchandising of Packaging products; Possess product knowledge of packaging products such as boxes for jewellery, watch, cosmetics, food or accessories items is preferred
• Independent, Aggressive, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-initiative, sales-oriented and customer-focused
• Good command of Mandarin, both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Travel to PRC factories (Guangdong province) regularly
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
• Immediate available is an advantage
