The Work

For the two Business Units: Audio Headphones & Call Center Headsets

Sales: 

(1) Identify and solicit new international clients looking for business headsets. Present offers and close deals for selling under the Accutone brand as well as OEM projects.

(2) Identify and solicit new international/regional distributors for retail audio headphones. Negotiate and support for the completion of distributorship for in-shop as well as online business models.

(3) Devise marketing strategies, plan exhibitions and execute marketing plan to achieve sales goals for business headsets and audio headphones.

Account Servicing:

(1) Strengthen relationship with existing business headset partners, to promote growth and continual success of existing projects. Expand business with partners both vertically and horizontally. Address clients' needs for product customization as well as improvements.

(2) Support existing audio headphone distributors and channels with marketing programs to ensure continual growth in sales. Help sales channels to investigate and solve marketing deficiencies of our brand in the market.

(3) Basic order fulfillment for existing clients. Monitor the growth and progress of existing business and identify areas of improvement.

The Person

- University degree holder (business or IT preferred)
- 3 years sales/business-development experience (electronics field preferred)
- Solid experience of handling global distribution channel
- competent in establishing and maintaining customer relationship
- capable of maintaining distribution system in terms of order processing and inventory control
- experience with OEM/ODM projects is an advantage
- account-servicing and project-management skills and experience
- knowledge or any experience in Audio Consumer Products in an advantage
- knowledge or any experience with Call Center and Telecom business is an advantage
- team-player who can work independently under pressure and deadlines
- effective communication and presentation skills
- fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
- high proficiency in written English
