Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Marketing Officer in events planning and implementation from concept development, budgeting, promotion, invoicing, production, to logistics and registration management

- Work independently with the appointed vendors, media buying agencies and part-time promoters

- Copywrite, draft and edit press releases, speeches, presentations, marketing collaterals and publications

- Conduct market research, customer surveys

Job Requirements:

- Degree in PR/marketing, communications or BBA related discipline preferred (final year students are also welcome to apply)

- F.5 candidates with experience in PR or event industry are also preferred

- Previous jobs in a customer facing role would be a benefit but is not essential

- A self-motivated team player with business awareness and enthusiasm

- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred
